High volume, commercial mailing firm is looking for a warehouse supervisor who thrives upon creating order out of chaos.

Warehouse supervisor is responsible for staffing of warehouse team (3-4 employees), keeping track of incoming materials and outgoing mail.

This position requires direction and leadership skills. Warehouse supervisor must be a self starter, use common sense, think logically and have the ability to lead and train others.

Warehouse supervisor must be able to:

Think and act logically
Communicate with team members and management
Master basic mathematical equations
Work well under pressure
Handle multiple deadlines
Troubleshoot
Train employees to work accurately and efficiently
Work with confidential information

Facilitate workflow

Knowledge of mailing industry is preferred, but not necessary. Must be proficient in USPS mailing policies within 90 days.

This is hourly position. Overtime may be available.

Arizona Jet-Mail is southern Arizona's largest commercial mailing firm. AJM operates 2 shifts, six days a week.
