High volume, commercial mailing firm is looking for a production manager who can take charge and lead. Ideal candidate will have management experience in a manufacturing environment. Arizona Jet-Mail currently utilizes the following mailing equipment: inkjet machines, tabber, inserters, folders and metering machines.

This position requires a leader. Production manager must be a self starter, use common sense, think logically and have the ability to lead and train others. Production manager will oversee a staff of 20 employees.

Key responsibilities include directing daily operations, supervising staff and planning workflow, tracking productivity and reporting.

Production manager must be able to:

Prioritize
Facilitate workflow
Handle multiple deadlines
Troubleshoot
Train employees to work accurately and efficiently
Work with confidential information
Lead by example

Knowledge of mailing industry is preferred, but not necessary. Must be proficient in USPS mailing policies within 90 days.

This is a salaried position. Salary DOE.

Arizona Jet-Mail is southern Arizona's largest commercial mailing firm. AJM operates 2 shifts, six days a week.
